- What is the minimum stay?
- Partnership bookings are 14 nights or more. Shorter stays are available via our Airbnb listing, but the direct-partnership terms (written hold, invoice-per-stay, compliance file) apply from 14 nights.
- How does invoicing and VAT work?
- We issue one invoice per stay on confirmation, addressed to the account you specify (relocation agent, insurer, broker, production company). Payment terms are net 7 or on confirmation. VAT is applied where applicable — please ask for a sample invoice if your finance team needs to see the line items before confirming.
- Can you supply a compliance file before we place a guest?
- Yes. On request we provide the current EPC certificate (rated B), the in-date Gas Safety Record and the current EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report). Certificates are emailed as PDFs; the underlying register entries can be verified on the UK EPC register and the Gas Safe register.¹2¹3
- Can the apartment accommodate more than one guest?
- The apartment has two king bedrooms, two bathrooms and a maximum capacity of four guests. That means a displaced family, an executive with accompanying spouse, or a small production unit of two or three crew can share without a second booking.
- Can guests check in at the weekend?
- Yes. Self check-in is available 24/7, including weekends. We share the check-in instructions directly with the guest once the booking is confirmed.
- Does the Renters' Rights Act (RRA) Phase 1 affect these bookings?
- No. RRA Phase 1 reforms apply to assured periodic tenancies in the private rented sector — the statute abolishes fixed-term assured tenancies and Section 21 evictions. Short-term serviced accommodation under a licence-to-occupy (which is what partnership guests book here) sits outside the assured-tenancy regime the RRA reforms.
