Are you VAT registered?
VAT status is confirmed at quote stage; the written quote will state VAT treatment in line with current registration.
What is the cancellation policy for corporate bookings?
60+ days notice for cancellation without penalty. 30–60 days: 50% of remaining stay. <30 days: full stay due. Stated on the contract.
Can you handle direct billing to our company?
Yes. Net 30 terms negotiable on bookings >60 nights. PO numbers on invoice. Single contact through to month-end.
Do you have insurance against property damage during the stay?
Public liability insurance is held; certificate available on request at quote stage. Tenant-caused damage is covered up to the deposit (£500–£2,000 depending on property); beyond that, recovered through standard tenant procedure.
What is your guest screening?
For corporate bookings, we accept the company's vetting. ID + work confirmation required. PEP-friendly KYC for FS clients.
Can multiple staff rotate through the same apartment?
Yes — common in embassy and law firm contexts. We track named occupants for compliance; key handover protocol per occupant.

Big Ben Suite operates corporate stays under the standard letting and serviced apartment regime. Stays under 90 nights at properties without sui generis planning permission are governed by the Deregulation Act 2015 s.44 (Greater London 90-night rule). Corporate stays of 30+ nights are typically structured as serviced lets and fall outside this restriction at properties where appropriate planning is held. We disclose planning status per property at quote stage.
