Stays under 90 nights at properties without sui generis planning permission are governed by the Deregulation Act 2015 s.44 (Greater London 90-night rule). Corporate stays of 30+ nights are typically structured as serviced lets and fall outside this restriction at properties where appropriate planning is held. We disclose planning status per property at quote stage.
