How it works

    Hand over the keys — we start managing

    Photography, listing, pricing, guest ops all live within 7 days.

    Month 1 — we top you up if short

    If gross bookings in month one do not match your existing rent, we pay you the difference directly.

The fine print (all of it).

  • Applies to first full calendar month of active management.
  • Current rent must be evidenced (AST or latest rent statement).
  • Guarantee paid within 14 days of month-end, alongside normal statement.
  • Property must be available to us for the full month (no owner-blocked weeks).
  • One-time only, per property, on initial signing.
  • Applies to London properties onboarded April or May 2026.
