No cap. Refer one, refer ten. Each successful referral earns one reward (your choice: £0 commission second month OR £500 cash).

What if I exit mid-contract — are pending referrals still valid?

Rewards earned before your exit notice date are honoured fully (paid out at month-end). Pending referrals at exit notice: if they onboard within 30 days of your notice, your reward is paid. After 30 days, the referral becomes a standard inbound for us.

Can I refer owners who aren't on the Founding 10 spot list?

Yes — but the £0 first month for them depends on Founding 10 availability. If Founding 10 is full when they sign, they enter on standard terms (10% commission, no first-month gift), and your referrer reward is reduced to £250 cash. We disclose this at the moment they apply.

If they qualify and onboard, their first month runs at £0 commission — same 5% / 10% lifetime mechanic as the original Founding 10.
Stage III
You earn
Your second month after their onboarding goes to £0 commission across your portfolio — OR — £500 cash. One reward per successful referral.

Tax + legal note

The £500 cash option is treated as a marketing referral fee under UK tax law. We issue a self-billing invoice; you may need to declare it as miscellaneous income depending on your tax position. The £0 commission month option is structured as a service credit (no money changes hands), which has different tax treatment. Speak to your accountant for your specific situation. We are not financial advisors.
